You may cancel your order at any time before it has been shipped. Once your cancellation request is received and processed, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that cancellations cannot be processed after your order has entered the shipping process. Refunds for cancelled orders typically appear in your account within 5-7 business days, depending on your financial institution's processing times. You will receive a confirmation email once your cancellation has been successfully processed.
We accept returns within 30 days of the original purchase date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition as you received it, and in its original packaging. You must also provide the original receipt or proof of purchase.
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Items returned without an RMA number may not be processed. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
Please note that certain items are non-returnable, including perishable goods, personalized items, and products marked as final sale. Shipping costs are non-refundable, and you will be responsible for paying return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.
